However, the final selection and engagement with a third-party service provider remains subject to the customer's decision and applicable agreement.
3. Verification & Due Diligence
HexaOctane may conduct reasonable checks on professionals, vendors, or service providers depending on the nature of the engagement.
However, verification does not necessarily mean or guarantee that a third party will perform perfectly, meet every expectation, or remain suitable throughout an engagement.
Customers should make appropriate decisions based on their own requirements and circumstances.
4. Third-Party Services
Some services facilitated through HexaOctane may be performed directly by independent professionals, vendors, agencies, or other third parties.

Scope of work
Delivery timelines
Quality of work
Warranties
Refund policies
Contracts

may be governed by their own terms and agreements.
HexaOctane may assist with communication and facilitation where applicable but does not automatically assume responsibility for every act, omission, delay, or outcome of an independent third party.
5. Charges & Fees

Where a transaction involves a third party, customers should carefully review the applicable terms, scope, pricing, and payment conditions before making payment.
HexaOctane will not knowingly facilitate fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

We aim to maintain clear and professional communication between customers and service providers.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may differ depending on the nature of the service, stage of execution, third-party involvement, and applicable agreement.
Any applicable HexaOctane facilitation or service charges may be non-refundable where work, coordination, sourcing, or other agreed activities have already been undertaken, subject to the applicable terms communicated for that engagement.
Third-party refunds will generally be governed by the respective provider's cancellation and refund policy.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:

Review quotations, proposals, and terms before approval.
Make payments through authorized channels.

Follow applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid misleading or fraudulent practices.
HexaOctane reserves the right to discontinue or restrict connections with parties that violate these expectations.
11. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect the privacy of our customers, professionals, and business partners.
Information shared with HexaOctane may be used to understand requirements, facilitate connections, communicate with relevant parties, provide requested services, and manage business operations.
Personal or business information will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
12. Prohibited Activities
HexaOctane does not support or knowingly facilitate activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue any requirement or engagement that appears to involve such activities.

If a concern arises between a customer and a third-party service provider, HexaOctane may, where appropriate, assist in facilitating communication and attempting to reach a practical resolution.
However, where the dispute arises directly from a third-party service agreement, the parties may need to resolve the matter according to their respective contractual terms and applicable law.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
HexaOctane makes reasonable efforts to provide suitable connections and facilitate engagements responsibly.
However, outcomes involving independent third parties may depend on circumstances beyond HexaOctane's direct control.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, HexaOctane does not guarantee a particular result, performance level, delivery time, or outcome from an independent third-party service provider.
Nothing in these policies is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
